Welcome sisters and brothers,

For I have created this space as a first step for you to familiarise with me.

I view myself as many things. A modern day philosopher, writer, communicator, researcher, spiritual growth geek, designer… but what truly resonates with who I AM - is a healer, my own healer and greatest teacher.

The intellectual inspiration I’ve gathered over the years have been incredible and deeply powerful. Yet it wasn’t these teachers who made me who I am today. It was me. I dedicate and I honor my own consistency, self-discipline, resilience and passion I’ve put into bringing myself back home, to my natural state of being. To peace whenever there is chaos. To love where there is pain.

I am not here to take any credit for your transformational journey, yet I will proudly call myself your guide.

This is your story and this is your work, so with my help you’ll become your own healer, like I am mine.

The spiritual path is one for the brave, and at times lonely. You will find yourself in this solitude, and in my company you will find guidance. Either in healing sessions to help you get back on track or by building long-term coaching to feed, support and sustain your growth.

  • The moment you question everything you thought was your reality, your truth. Am I more than my physical self? Are emotions energetic communication between the energetic-spiritual realm, and my mind-body? Is everything intrinsically interconnected and birthed from the same source… meaning we are all children of that creation? Has the human greed, power and anger designed a societal system based on the premises of mental, physical and emotional limitations?

    These are some of the philosophical and existencial questions we ponder about during our awakening. Japanese culture called these moments of insight Kensho and Satori - realization through pain or through bliss. And as you can imagine, most human beings are forced to wake up after their life falls apart. It is in our despair and hopelessness where light is allowed to shine through the veil that has been covering our sight to the beauty of what life really is.

  • I am here as a guide to souls who have awaken and are committed to deepen their growth in self-awareness, self-love, intuition, wisdom and self-leadership.

    I am a walker of this path just like you, but I’ve opened up to higher consciousness as a holistic therapist to translate information from my souls journey and yours into practical work that helps us understand where we are, and where we are going. I serve you as bridge between the light of heaven and the gravity pulling you down to your center, to Earth.

  • Energy work is no grand discovery. Our ancestor have been understanding and using what today’s science call quantum physics since thousands of years. What we are seeing in this mass awakening is a rising field of holistic treatments that combines spirituality or consciousness, psychology, physiology, biology, plant medicine, sexuality, amongst many others.

    Questioning wether this is real, is exactly the type of reasoning that I encourage my healees to do. It alll starts with a question and the answer will rather depend on how open you are to information and perspectives. The less comprehension you have, the more limiting programs and constricting beliefs you’ve acquired along the way.

    What happens next is truly a direct conversation between your gut, your intuition, your own guide, that will resonate with this truth or not. I help you discern egoic reasoning from internal guidance in my monthly programs.

For starter, it’s not something we do rather a state of being It’s holding the presence of what is, in everything that we do Doesn’t it sound contradictory also that it’s called “mind-full-ness” when we’re suppose to not be doing a lot of thinking? Maybe it should be called “mind-less-full” Oh but I understand why it’s called that way. Because we cannot ask our minds to stop thinking, it would be like asking our hearts to stop pumping blood Our brain, a precious organ that is made for synapses. For our neurons to be working and connecting, yet doing so in peace and in harmony. I believe mindfulness is here to remind us of when our mind is indeed full. Overworking. Out of balance. Catching ourselves being mind-full, is in fact mindfulness itself. Because that awareness is what allows us to focus on reflection, contemplation, ideation, cooking, admiring, creation… without the overwhelm of multitasking. Thinking and doing 1000 things at the same time. Being in yesterday and tomorrow while also just being here, right now. I teach you about mindful living and understanding yourself from a holistic point of view. What causes these compulsive thoughts, really? Are there worries, fears, limitations and insecurities beneath that you haven’t addressed? Are you seemingly living a life where your mind has become the master, and not the servant that it is?
